Heal the Masculine for Father’s Day: a Kundalini Prayer
In theory, our father is a Godlike figure. But, how many of us got a Dad who was not present, not reliable, not balanced etc… setting a stage for future failed relationships and toxic connection to the masculine.
I am one of those daughters who had a troubled connection to her sweet Daddy. He is an incredible man, however, full of wounds he is not willing to face and heal. And yet, he gave me access to the most valuable knowledge and planted the seeds for the unfolding of my life purpose in the healing arts.
I am deeply grateful for his instinct and ongoing support on exploring alternative healing and spirituality. Without him, I would have not been the healer I am today.
He might have subconsciously passed the torch so I could help him heal his traumas and wounds of our lineage.
Through him, my relationship with the masculine is unstable and difficult.
My way of healing my masculine within and without is through prayer / mantra and devotion.
I devote myself to worshiping the sacred masculine as a way to heal my relationship to my Dad and all the men of my life.
I found this profound prayer from the Kundalini yoga system that seems so familiar. I had the most profound release in my brain by learning and reciting this mantra. Today, I am still on a journey to heal the masculine and this prayer is a powerful support.
If you need healing around your relation to your father and men in general, I invite to connect with the frequency of - SO PURKH.
You will get greater benefit if you recite this prayer yourself, however listening to it is enough.
Doing 11 rounds of the prayer is the way…
Oh Happy Daddy Day!!!
