New Moon - Libra

Hi Si'stars for this new moon in Libra, I invite you to practice with the following guidance.

Find a nice heated room where you have space to move and a full-body mirror.

Put my playlist on and start giving yourself a nice self-massage with warm scented oil. Self Massage deeply and carefully and in detail.

Then, do a shavanasa to let the oil soak in.

The 1st 4 tracks are for the Earth element. So take time to ground & feel that Earth.

When your body to ready to move start going into the flow of the dance. In the Water element songs, move your hips, circle or do 8 shapes.

Get in front of your mirror naked and observe yourself dancing.

Look at your double in the mirror. What do you see?

You may hear self-judgments.. Let them rise and fade away. Transmute with the Fire element.

Libra and her planet Venus are about harmony, beauty, values, Justice, Truth, Judgment, sensuality, abundance...

While looking at yourself :

Reclaim your own Beauty beyond any self-judgments.

As Libra is ruled by the AIR element which is connected to the sense of touch and the heart space. Touch yourself, feel your heart as you are in this divine dance.

This is It, time to wrap up 2021. The Alchemical metal for Libra and Venus is COPPER. It teaches us to heal our body and activate the electrical system of our body. So Move, breathe and Sound during the Dance.

We are invited to prepare our bodies to receive codes, energies, vibrations. Through the dance, refine and upgrade the frequencies of your Temple.

You may decide to stay in front of the mirror during the full length of the dance or go back and forth to connect with your double.
